For the present, we are not offering the option to order a single item from a set.

What are your delivery times?

Usually, your order will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. For orders with custom embroidery, it usually takes another 5-7 working days to be fulfilled.

Normally it will take about 2 to 10 business days to arrive. The arrival time varies from country to country.

Where will be my parcel shipped from?

Not Just Pajama is running her business globally. Depending on the items you order, your shipment may come from our warehouse in the UK, the US or China.

Do I have to pay Import Taxes or Customs Duties?

How to wash my silk garments / accessories?

You will find a WASH GUIDE in your parcel, please kindly review it before washing.

To wash your silk garments, please:

  • HAND WASH SEPARATELY IN COLD WATER.
  • TURN INSIDE OUT.
  • USE ONLY MILD DETERGENTS WITHOUT OPTICAL BLEACHES.
  • DO NOT BLEACH.
  • DO NOT WRING.
  • DRY FLAT IN SHADE.
Can I wash my velvet slippers?

Please DO NOT WASH your velvet slippers.

While you can gently wipe your velvet slippers with a dry cloth to remove surface dust and dirt on an as-needed basis. Alternately, use a soft shoe brush, moving it carefully over the slippers in one direction so as not to damage the fabric.
